2023 Leadership Luncheon

This year’s event will honor Ralph Smithers, Jr. with the 2023 Whitney M. Young Service Award. The Whitney M. Young Jr. Service Award is presented to an individual that has made an impact on youth from hard-to-serve urban and rural communities. Ralph is a dedicated public servant and thought leader on issues facing Columbus neighborhoods.

This year’s event will honor Miles-McClellan Construction with the 2023 Community Leadership Award. This recognition is presented to a company that has shown exemplary leadership through service to the central Ohio community and is highly regarded by its peers in the construction industry. This award will be presented to Miles-McClellan for their significant impact on the community and dedication to local Scouting.
