District Advancement Representatives approve Eagle Project Proposals and are present at Eagle Boards of Review.  All representatives on the list can be contacted by a Scout in any area of the District, but their primary areas are listed.   Contact can be by telephone or email and all contacts should follow the Guide to Safe Scouting.  In other words, if a scout contacts a leader by phone, the phone must be on speaker and another adult (your parent or guardian) should be present.  If the scout contacts a leader by email or text another adult (parent or guardian and/or a scout leader in the troop) must be copied on all correspondence.

When a Scout contacts one of the representatives, the Scout must have completed the Eagle Scout Service Project Proposal including Contact Information Sheet, have it approved, signed and dated by the Beneficiary of the project, the Unit Leader and the Unit Committee.  If there will be raising funds for the project, the Scout should have the Eagle Scout Fund Raising Application completed and signed by the Beneficiary and the Unit Leader.
