Food Safety training for Volunteers – Camp Falling Rock

This class covers basic food safety practices necessary to keep food safe when preparing meals for large groups.
This is a mandatory class if you are an event volunteer that is planning on serving food.
Three different sessions will be offered
- Camp Falling Rock Dining Hall – February 11, 2023
- Camp Lazarus Dining Hall – February 25, 2023
- Camp Oyo Dining Hall – March 25, 2023
