Cub Scout Adult Training

On my.scouting.org you can find three distinct types of Cub Scout training. Select the training course that is most appropriate for your position:

  • Cubmaster training: This training is appropriate for Cubmasters and Assistant Cubmasters and teaches you how to organize and run the program for a pack (multiple grade levels).
  • Den Leader training: This training is appropriate for Den Leaders and Assistant Den Leaders and teaches you how to organize and run the program for a den (single grade level).
  • Pack Committee training: This training is appropriate for pack committee chair and  members who support the pack program.

To be certified as TRAINED for your position (and able to wear the TRAINED patch) you must complete Youth Protection Training and the course for your particular position.

You may find it effective to take the modules for other position courses so that you understand how all of the positions work together.
