NYLT, or National Youth Leadership Training, is advanced training for Scouts. The course is a combination of classroom and practical exercise, all taught by a youth-led staff modeling the best in leadership skills using the teaching E.D.G.E. Scouts must be First Class rank and 13 years old (14 years or older STRONGLY recommended).
